If you've long since felt the urge to grab a brush and palette, but have never had the time or if you simply want to develop your skills in a friendly and sociable class, then Creative Painting is certainly for you. Learning drawing and painting techniques in your chosen medium (acrylic,watercolour, pastel, inks), be inspired, explore ideas and have lots of fun. Materials not supplied.
Tango for Beginners
Sundays for 6 weeks, from Sunday 9 May, 8pm to 9:15pm, £45 for 6 weeks, or £9 on a drop in basis.
Edward Tattersfield has recently returned to Windsor after dancing for various years in Argentina. He will be at the Firestation for this six week beginner’s course covering the basics of Argentinean tango. His classes are fun and friendly and no partner is required. 2pm – 3.30pm, £12 (for 1 class), maximum class size 20 people
Come join the Soulful Gallery and learn how to create your very own piece of Graffiti Art. Learn the basics of how to design your name or ‘tag’, create an outline and produce a full colour piece working with Molotow paint pens. No drawing or painting expertise required. Suitable for 7 years and above.
Making Rings - Introduction to Silver Jewellery
Thursday 3 June, 10.30am – 12.30pm, £10
Learn how to size a ring, saw, file, solder and polish silver and leave with your own, hand made silver ring. Maximum class size 12 people, suitable for age 16 years and above.
