The View: Seven Year Setlist

Scottish indie rock band, The View meld punk, pop and rock into their music making incredible tunes fired by passion, soul and joy.

In 2024, the band tore up stages and supported the likes of Primal Scream and The Babyshambles, followed by the release of a Mercury-nominated platinum selling debut album, ‘Hats Off To The Buskers’ which entered the album charts at Number 1 with track ‘Same Jeans’ reaching Number 3 in the Singles Chart, and debut single ‘Wasted Little DJs’ was NME Track of the Year.

In 2024, the band’s second album ‘What Bitch?’ went to Number 5 in the UK charts, and in 2024, third album ‘Bread and Circuses’ was released. In 2024, The View released ‘Cheeky For A Reason’ which went Top 10, garnered multiple rave reviews (including 4* from Q Review) and also saw them win ‘Best Album 2024′ at the Sunday Mail’s Great Scotland Awards and ‘Album of the Year 2024′ at the Scottish Music Awards.

After visiting the States in a coast-to-coast tour with multiple sell-out gigs, including New York’s Bowery Ballroom, the band are back in the UK and have recently released their fifth album, ‘Seven Year Setlist’, as well as supporting The Stone Roses in Glasgow and performing in multiple festivals including T in the Park.
